Ted Charuk is the principal lawyer and founder of Charuk Family Law. Mr. Charuk has been practicing family law for over 25 years in the Ancaster area.
We provide legal support for divorce, child custody, elder law, wills and estates. We also serve as a a mediator, performing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Ted has gained a wealth of experience handling matrimonial law and estate planning during his employment with a large firm as well as in a boutique setting.
Ted is involved in various organizations across Ontario including acting as an adjudicator for the Consent and Capacity Board with the Ministry of Health and roster arbitrator for Tarion Warranty Corporation (formerly Ontario New Home Warranty Program). Mr. Charuk is also a member of the Justices of the Peace Appointments Advisory Committee, and a member of the National Child Benefit Advisory Group with the City of Hamilton. He is also a Family Law Executive with the Ontario Bar Association, and a family law committee member for the Hamilton Law Association.

Julie has been employed with Charuk Family Law throughout her career since graduating from Mohawk College, and has worked extensively in the areas of Family Law and Wills and Estates.
Elizabeth (Liz) Drumm
Liz has worked in the legal profession for many years, mainly in the areas of Family Law and Wills and Estates. She is the newest addition to the team at Charuk Family Law and is committed to assisting clients with navigating the legal system with compassion and professionalism.
